Xytech Systems Announces Acquisition of ScheduALL Is Complete, Strengthening Facilities Management & Transmission Offerings

The acquisition, first announced in February, is now complete and provides customers of both Xytech’s MediaPulse and ScheduALL with a more robust product offering
Los Angeles, April 5, 2021 — Xytech, the leader in facility management software for the broadcast and media industries, has announced its acquisition of ScheduALL, a subsidiary of Net Insight, is now complete. The acquisition, first announced February 24, provides Xytech the ability to afford customers, and the marketplace as a whole, with an end-to-end resource management system with scalability and configurability in a cloud-enabled platform. Xytech is committed to completely supporting the ScheduALL application and all ScheduALL clients.
