Maria Mercado serves as the Support Manager for Xytech. Prior to joining Xytech, Maria was an Operations Manager at TeleTech. Her responsibilities included maintaining production, coaching and development to meet client goals. More recently, Maria was an Account Manager at TouchCommerce. Maria brings 20 years of management experience and earned her degree at California State University Northridge.
