Current open positions
Title: Documentation Coordinator
Location: Chatsworth, California
Responsible for the creation and upkeep of documentation for Xytech’s business software products. Specific areas include but are not limited to:
- Imbedded ‘Help’ system published as HTML
- Release Log documentation
- Configuration documentation
- Product training artifacts for use by Xytech’s Services and Support groups
- Product orientation and marketing documentation
The successful applicant must have demonstrable aptitude and experience with Adobe RoboHelp authoring tools; Adobe PDF authoring and markup tools; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications; Techsmith SnagIt application. Previous business software product documentation content creation and authoring skills are a must. Proficient in English written and verbal communication. Familiarity with broadcast and media/entertainment terminology and business practices a plus.
This is a full time position, located in Xytech’s Chatsworth, California offices.
