About the Job
The successful candidates are high energy professionals who will manage and drive the implementation of media facility management solutions. He or she will work as an integral member of the project team, and communicate effectively with clients and internal resources. He or she will oversee all aspects of the implementation to ensure successful utilization of the product. Experience in broadcast, media services, production or video transmission is essential to success.
Responsibilities:
Consultants
- Understand and Map Business Workflows.
- Create Requirements and Functional Specifications.
- Document and Configure MediaPulse Systems.
- Manage to deliverables and milestones.
- Manage to project budget.
- Effectively enforce quality assurance standards.
- Enforce Scope Change Management Policies.
Project Managers
- Manage Multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain Project Plans.
- Manage scope definition documents.
- Manage deliverables and milestones.
- Manage to project budget.
- Maintain project status report and attend status meetings.
- Enforce Scope Change Management Policies.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Qualifications include:
- Five or more years project management experience or comparable experience in relevant industries.
- Strong leadership skills, high energy level and strong drive to succeed are required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant University degree preferred.
- Experience with film, television and media industry is a plus.
- Experience with Xytech Systems products a plus.
- Certified Project Manager (PMI or similar accreditation) a plus.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Title: Application Support Representative
The successful candidate will have prior experience in an enterprise software application help desk or a similar level application support role. He or she will work as an integral member of the Xytech's Support team and communicate effectively with clients and internal resources to ensure the proactive and timely resolution of each reported issue.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and manage client and internal support issues.
- Communicate via telephone and e-mail as appropriate to ensure that all relevant parties are provided with timely status of each issue.
- Effectively enforce Xytech's quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Two or more years application support or help desk experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with enterprise level software system mandatory.
- Experience with Xytech Systems products a plus.
- Experience with film, television and media industry is a plus.
Technical Requirements
- Understand enterprise level business applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL.
- Expertise in 2 tier, 3 tier and cloud application architectures.
- Understand message based, SOA and REST integration architectures and technologies.
- Display a thorough understanding of Xytech's products within 90 days.
